Metered usage (hosted storage)
Three meters, each charged per MB. Decimal units throughout: 1 GB = 1000 MB. Team and Business orgs pay these rates. Enterprise orgs on BYOSA are exempt: those bytes are billed by your own cloud provider instead.

Spend caps and budget alerts are available on every hosted plan, for the whole organization or for a single project or channel. Spend caps at all three levels are set from the dashboard. Alerts are emailed to your admins as settled spend approaches a cap.

Team is pre-paid: top up your balance and usage draws it down. At $0, uploads and downloads return 402 until you top up.
Business is pre-paid like Team: a monthly platform fee, then top-ups your usage draws down. A hard spend cap can bound metered usage; set the organization’s, a project’s or a channel’s cap from the dashboard.
